Confidential Beta Agreement

1. Confidentiality & IP

By accessing the CareCircle Beta, you acknowledge that you are being granted access to patent-pending technology and proprietary workflows. You agree to keep all system features, UI designs, and organizational logic strictly confidential.

• No screenshots or screen recordings are permitted without written consent.
• No disclosure of system behaviors to third parties.
• No reproduction or reverse engineering of any part of the service.

2. Beta Purpose

This environment is for testing and feedback purposes only. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime. Use of real data is permitted, but you are responsible for maintaining your own offline backups of critical medical information.

3. Data Privacy

Your personal data and health records remain yours. We do not sell or share your medical data. We collect anonymous usage telemetry to improve system stability and performance during the beta phase.

4. Termination

CareCircle reserves the right to terminate beta access at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of confidentiality.
