ADLs — Setup & FAQ

Record daily living assistance quickly and consistently. Private to your Circle. No ads, no resale of data.

Open in Admin > ADLs

How it works (simple)

  1. Identity is synchronized across all healthcare modules.
  2. Select the shift or time window (e.g., AM / PM / NOC).
  3. Tap each ADL (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, eating, etc.).
  4. Choose the assistance level (Independent, Supervision, Limited, Extensive, Total) and add notes if needed.
  5. Save. Entries appear in the table and can be exported as needed.
  6. Circle Bot: The AI can now summarize care gaps by analyzing "Refused" ADLs to help identify barriers to care.

Where do the ADL items come from?
