How it works (simple)

  1. Select the resident/client you’re scheduling for.
  2. Add the appointment: date, time (optional), type (e.g., doctor visit, procedure), provider, and location/telehealth.
  3. (Optional) Set in-app reminders. These show as local notifications in the browser/app.
  4. (Optional) Save the provider’s phone or connect an in-app channel to send “Running late” notices from the app.
  5. Save. You can edit, mark done, or reschedule later.

  • Date/time and who created/updated the entry
  • Appointment details (type, provider, location/tele)
  • Status changes (scheduled, done, missed, rescheduled, canceled)
  • Optional reminders you select
  • Optional provider contact/channel you save
  • Notes you choose to add

What we never collect

  • No advertising trackers; no data resale
  • No microphone/camera recordings unless you explicitly use them
  • No device keystroke or background monitoring
  • No location tracking of caregivers or residents

All information is private to your Circle and stored under your organization’s control.
