Magic Safe Zones (Geofencing)

Imagine drawing a magic circle around your house. If your kid (or Grandma) steps out of the circle, your phone goes "Beep!" and Circle Bot instantly alerts the Family Chat.

1. How do I make a Magic Circle?

There are two ways to do this. You can do it while standing there, or from your comfy couch.

Method A: Standing There (Quick Add)

Best for: Parks, Sports Fields

  1. Walk to the center of the park.
  2. Open Geofencing on your phone.
  3. Tap "+ Park" (or Quick Add).
  4. Done! The app saves your exact spot.

Method B: From the Couch (Remote Add)

Best for: Malls, Schools, Grandma’s House

  1. Open Geofencing and tap "Remote Add".
  2. Type "Mall of America" and search.
  3. Use the Slider to make the circle big or small.
  4. Tap Save. You didn’t even have to drive there!

2. How big is the Circle? (The Slider)

When you use "Remote Add", you will see a slider bar. This controls the Radius (how wide the circle is).

  • 150mSmall House or Park. Good for keeping close.
  • 500mBig Mall or School. Gives them room to walk around without buzzing you.
  • 1000m+Neighborhood. "Don't leave the neighborhood."

3. Who is the Circle for?

Just making a circle doesn’t turn it on. You have to say "This circle is for Grandma."

  • Go to the Senior Page (or Kids Page).
  • Tap "Configure Geofences" on Grandma's card.
  • Check the box next to "Home" or "Park".
  • Now, if Grandma leaves the Park, you get an alert. (But if Grandpa leaves, it won’t beep).

4. Does it work Overseas? (International)

Yes! The magic circles work anywhere on Earth.

  • Kid in Europe? Yes. Just use "Remote Add" to find their hostel or school.
  • Grandma in the Philippines? Yes. You can set up her safety zones from the US.
  • Timezones? The alerts arrive instantly on your phone, but the log will show the time in your timezone (so you know it happened "just now").

Is this spying?

No. We designed this for safety, not spying.

The app only wakes up when they cross the invisible line. We don’t record everywhere they walk, and we don’t listen to them. It just answers one question: "Are they safe in the zone?"
