MTR — Setup & FAQ
Medication Administration Record (MTR) helps families and caregivers track medications accurately. No advertising, no resale. Data stays within your Circle.
How it works (simple)
- Add/confirm the resident you’re caring for.
- Add medications manually.
- Chart doses as Taken, Held, Refused, or Void to correct.
- Use alerts to get reminded before due and if a dose is missed.
How do I add medications?
- Add manually: enter:
- Name & strength (e.g., Amoxicillin 500 mg)
- Route (PO, SubQ, etc.)
- Times (e.g., 08:00, 12:00, 18:00)
- Duration (how many days)
What MAR records
- Medication name, route, and schedule
- When doses were recorded as given
- If a dose was held/refused (optional reason)
- Insulin units and blood glucose if logged
- Which caregiver charted the dose
What we never collect
- No pharmacy account/insurance data
- No keystrokes, no recordings
- No advertising trackers; no resale
Safety & best practices
- Double-check medication names and times during setup.
- Record doses immediately after administering.
- If unsure, choose Held and document the reason.
- For insulin, record blood glucose when possible.
- Keep private health data within your Circle.
Troubleshooting
- Wrong schedule: Edit the medication to correct times/duration.
