Healthcare Vault
Strictly Confidential. Isolated storage for medical records like prescriptions, X-rays, and care plans. Only accessible to authorized Care Team members.
Family Vault
Private Memories. A separate space for photos and videos. While they share the same storage bill, your family photos are kept completely separate from medical files.
The "Shared Bucket" Rule: They share the Gigabytes (your plan limit), but never the Access. Your privacy is compartmentalized.
Storage & Add-ons
Your storage limit (e.g., 1 GB for Lite, 5 GB for Elite) is a shared pool. Whether you upload an X-ray to the Healthcare Vault or a birthday video to the Family Vault, it counts towards this single total.
Need more space?
You don't need to upgrade your entire subscription just for more gigabytes. We offer "A La Carte" Storage Packs that you pay for once and keep for a long term (3 Years).
* After the 3-year term, these packs convert to a small monthly maintenance fee (e.g., $0.25/mo for 10GB).

Sharing & Permissions
How to use "Share (Preview)"
- Choose what to share: Currently defaults to "All items" in this preview, allowing you to share your entire vault with trusted family members.
- Create Link: Click the blue button to generate a unique, secure URL.
- Automatic Expiration: For safety, links expire automatically (e.g., in 1 year). You can see the expiry date in the list.
- Revoke Anytime: Change your mind? Click Revoke and the link will stop working immediately.
Privacy & Safety
Private by Design: Your Family Vault is visible only to invited Family Members in your Circle. We do not sell your photos, train public AI on them, or show you ads.
Safe Trash: Deleted items stay in the Trash bin, so accidental deletions can be restored. You can also "Delete Forever" if you want something gone instantly.
Export Anytime: You own your memories. You can download your originals whenever you like.
