Skin Care — Setup & FAQ
Track routine skin checks, turning schedules, and site care. Private to your Circle. No ads, no resale of data.
How it works (simple)
- Pick the resident/client you’re caring for.
- Choose the task: skin check, turn/reposition, site care, or wound care.
- Record findings (e.g., redness, blanching, stage, drainage), add notes, and optionally attach a photo.
- Save. Entries appear in the log; overdue turns can show as alerts if enabled.
Where do I log things?
- Manual entry: open the Skin care screen and tap the action you’re taking.
- Turning schedule: enable reminders to chart Q2/Q3/Q4 hour turns (Left ↔️ Back ↔️ Right).
- Wound/site care: record dressing changes and peri-wound assessments.
- MAR link: when opened from MAR, the active patient is preselected for faster charting.
