Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CareCircle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. CareCircle is a family coordination platform designed to improve the quality and organization of home-based care.
1. Medical & Emergency Disclaimer

CareCircle is a coordination tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The medication administration (MTR) and vitals features are for tracking purposes only. Always consult with a licensed healthcare professional for medical decisions.In an emergency, call your local emergency services (e.g., 911) immediately.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all data (medications, doses, appointments) is entered correctly.
- Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Consent: You represent that you have the legal right to share the information of any resident or family member added to your Circle.
3. Data Ownership & Export
You retain all rights to the data you upload to CareCircle. You have the right to export your Family data at any time in a machine-readable format for use with other services or for your own records.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
CareCircle uses Stripe for secure payment processing. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to premium features continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareCircle is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any missed medications, coordination errors, or technical interruptions that occur during the use of the platform.
